Manuscript Format
Authors are invited to submit a full paper
according to posted guidelines. Only electronic submissions
will be accepted via the web. Authors are also expected to
present their papers at the conference upon acceptance and
presenting authors are required to register for the
conference.
All manuscripts must be
prepared in the standard IEEE Transaction
format(MS Word
template). Each submitted paper must include a title, a 70 -
150 word abstract, the names and addresses of all authors
(including email addresses), and the body. The length of
submitted papers must be no more than 6 pages, double-column
pages including all figures, tables and bibliography. All
papers must be submitted electronically via the conference website.Each paper will be exposed to full blind peer review.
It is absolutely essential that you follow the instructions.
Papers submitted via other means will not be
considered.
